摘要
简要地介绍了表面呈现技术和组合酶技术的应用以及发展前景,描述了一种应用分子建模系统辅助进行抗动脉粥样硬化的嵌合酶疫苗的构建过程。门冬酰胺酶活力测定结果证明,嵌合酶的空间结构和活性位点均能够依照设计要求保留。提供了一种生物信息学手段在组合生物合成领域中的应用方法。
This article gives a brief review of usage and prospect of surface display and combinatorial enzyme technique, then describes a protess of construction of a chimeric enzyme vaccine aimed to attenuate atherosclerosis with the aid of molecule modehng system. The Asparaginase activity assay proved that the chimeric enzyme properly maintained the 3D structure and activity sites as the prediction before, the article provides an approach and a method of applying bioinformation in the combinatorial biosynthesis field.
