摘要
用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和磁性测量等方法研究了Fe60.5-xPt39.5Ndx合金的微结构和磁性能。结果表明:稀土Nd的加入,导致Fe60.5Pt39.5合金晶格常数增大,晶粒细化;Fe60.5-xPt39.5Ndx合金的磁性能随着稀土含量和退火时间的增加而提高,当Nd含量为0.5%(原子分数)、退火时间为5h时达到最大值,然后随着Nd含量的进一步增加以及退火时间的进一步延长,合金的磁性能逐步降低。
The microstructure and magnetic properties of the Fe60.5-xPt39.5Ndx(X≤1.5) alloys were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and magnetic measurement techniques in this paper. With introduction of Nd, the lattice constants of the Fe60.5-xPt39.5 alloys are increased, the grain size is refined. The magnetic properties of the Fe60.5-xPt39.5Ndx(X≤1.5) alloys enhance with increase of the Nd content and the annealing time, it reaches the maximum when the Nd concentration (x) is increased to 0.5 at.%Nd and annealing time at 600℃ is 5hours, and then decrease.
