摘要
对20例健康人进行头皮针针刺矢状缝试验,并与针刺非颅骨缝区作对照,观察电刺激诱发腓肠肌的H反射及趾短伸肌的F反射,分别测量M波、H波及F波潜伏期。结果显示,针刺前后诱发两肌的M波潜伏期不变;针刺后H波及F波的潜伏期均缩短(均为P<0.01)。针刺非颅骨缝区诱发两肌的M波、H波、F波潜伏期均无改变。两组针刺后H波、F波潜伏期缩短率对比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。
Twenty healthy subjects were treated with scalp acupuncture on margo sagittalis, with non-suture area as control. The H reflex of M. gastrocnemius and the F reflex of M. extensor digitorum brevis were induced by electric stimulation, and the latent phases of M wave , H wave and F wave were determined respectively. The results showed that during acupuncture on margo sagittalis, the latent phase of M wave did not change and that of H and F wave reduced significantly (P<0.01), and there was no changes in the latent phases of these waves in the control group. But significant difference was found in the reduction of latent phases of H and F wave between two groups (P<0.01). The results suggest that acupuncture on margo sagittalis has special effects on improving the excitability of spinal premotor neuron.
