齿形尾缘轴流叶轮内流数值分析与实验研究 被引量:14

摘要 本文采用Navier-Stokes方程和K-ε两方程模型对空调用轴流风轮叶片尾缘出口加锯齿和不加锯齿的内流特性进行了三维数值模拟,同时对两者的风量噪音特性进行了实验研究。结果表明,轴流风轮尾缘进行锯齿化处理对流量压力特性影响很小,能减弱轴流风轮叶片下游的尾迹,并在一定程度上能够降低噪音和改善音质。 A numerical analysis and experimental research have been designed to study the internal flow characteristic of two axial flow fans. The researched fans were used in air conditioner out door unit. Both fans have the same outside diameter and nearly the same blade profile. The difference between the studied fans was only in the trailing edge; one of them has the tooth shaped trailing edge. Numerical simulation was based on Navier-Stokes equations coupled with k-ε turbulence model. The numerical results showed that, the wake of the axial flow fan with tooth shaped trailing edge was weaker than that of the other fan. The aerodynamic characteristic and noise of both fans were tested. The experimental results showed that, both fans nearly had the same static pressure versus volume flow characteristic. The fan with tooth shaped trailing edge has lower aerodynamic noise.
