摘要
为探讨微波场强化药用植物溶剂提取的机理,通过对比实验分析微波辅助提取(Microwave Assisted Extrac- tion,MAE)和传统回流两种工艺对黄芪水提液分子量分布特征的影响。结果表明,对于分子量为2000~50000的较大物质,MAE提取10 min的浸出量是传统回流30 min的16.6倍;对于分子量大于50000的物质,MAE提取10 min的浸出量仅占总浸出物的2.87%,而传统回流30min时为7.94%.因此,MAE在较大分子量有效成分的快速浸出和避免无效物质的浸出方面显著优于传统回流工艺。
In order to discuss the enhancement mechanism of microwave field on medicinal plant solvent extraction, contrastive experiments of microwave assisted extraction (MAE) and traditional reflux technique were carried out to analyze the effect of the different kinds of extraction technology on the characteristics of molecular weight distributing of solute in Astragalus water extraction liquid. Results indicates that extracts with molecule weight 2000-50000 Dalton at 10 rains by MAE technology is 16.6 times of that at 30 mins by reflux extraction; Extracts with molecule weight bigger than 50000 Dalton is 2.87% of total extracts at 10 mins by MAE, but it is 7.96% of that at 30 mins by reflux extraction. Therefore, MAE technology is obviously better than traditional reflux technology on the fast extraction of valid components with bigger molecule weight and the avoiding of invalid extracts.
