肾动脉栓塞术在肾癌肾切除术前的应用

对12例肾癌患者手术前施行以明胶海绵为栓塞材料的肾动脉栓塞术，栓塞前后均行肾动脉造影，全部病例均达到满意栓塞，于栓塞后3～7日行肾切除术较为有利，本文对栓塞前后肾动脉造影、栓塞的材料、方法、栓塞后手术时机的选择、预防并发症等进行了探讨。
