Decision Analysis of Enterprises Knowledge Alliance Based on the Knowledge Gap

通过对企业知识缺口和核心能力的分析,提出以缺口知识的编码程度和核心能力强度为主要参数的知识联盟选择矩阵,为企业选择知识联盟提供参考,并指出企业还应进一步预测和分析建立知识联盟将发生的成本和收益。

On analysis of knowledge gap and core competence of enterprises, this article proposes choice matrix of the knowledge alliance by taking the gap knowledge code degree and the core competence intensity as main parameters, so as to provide a reference for enterprises to choose knowledge alliance. It also points out that the enterprises should also forecast and analyze the cost and income that will occur in establishing knowledge alliance.
