头孢唑啉(CEZ)临床应用调查与分析

A SURVEY AND ANALYSIS OF THE CLINICAL APPLICATION OF CEFAZOLIN

本文报道了我院头孢唑啉（CEZ）的用药情况。随机抽查1994年5～6月份出院病历635份，对使用过抗菌药物和CEZ的病历进行了统计和分析，发现在使用抗菌药物病历中，CEZ使用率达37％，仅次于青霉素和庆大霉素。文章对CEZ给药方法、联合用药及预防住使用中存在的问题加以讨论，并提出了合理使用的意见。

The state of using Cefazolin (CEZ) inour hospital was reproted in the present pa-per. 635 cards were obtained by randomsampling from the corresponding medicalrecords after discharge during May to Junein 1994. CEZ constituted 37 per cent of allthe antibacterials clinically applicated whichwas only lower than Penicillin and Gen-tamycin. The existing problems of CEZsuch as intervals and routes of administra-tion, combined usage with other antibacteri-al and the preventive application were alsodiscussed. Some opinions on rational usehave been proposed.
