家长对中小学生膳饮态度和行为的调查

Investigation on Parents, Attitudes and Behaviours about Their Children's Food and Drink

对两所小学和一所中学进行的家长对中小学生膳饮态度和行为的调查表明：在800份有效答卷中，近一半的家长文化程度在大专以上（父亲56．5％，母亲44．9％），多数家长的职业为职员（父亲73．5％，母亲59．9％），家庭人均月收入在200－300元之间。家庭收入中60％左右用于膳饮消费的占41.4％。52．9％的父母对学校供应的饮用水不满意，对学校提供的豆奶，35．9％的家长表示满意，34．5％的家长表示基本满意。大多数家长没有足够的营养卫生知识。

Survey participants included 880 parents whose childrin came from two elementary schools and one secondary school, and 800 effcetive questionnaires retured , response rate was 90.9%. Nearly half of parents had a university degree or polytechnic college degree(fathers,56.5%, and motheis,44.9% ), and the majority was functionary (fathrs, 73.5%,and mothers,59.9% ). Family monthly income per person was about 200 ~ 500 yuan, and exspenditure on food and drinkfor 41 .4% of families accounted for about 60% of the family - income. About 52.9% of parents felt their child'sSchool should not supply soft packing iced water , and 35. 9% and 34. 5% expressed satisfaction with and approved of beanmilk supply in schools.The majority of the parents did not have enough nutrition and health knowledge .
