摘要
肿瘤特异性生物标志物检测是开展肿瘤早期诊断的有效途径之一。蛋白质组学技术在肿瘤早期诊断、病程及疗效监督等方面起着重要作用,尤其在肿瘤早期标志物及药物靶位的筛选方面,仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题。本文对利用蛋白质组学技术筛选生物标志物的研究现状进行评述。
Identification of the specific biomarkers of tumor is one of effective approach for the early diagnosis of tumors. Proteomics technology plays an important role in early diagnosis of tumors, monitoring the disease processing, treatment of tumors and so on, especially in screening cancer biomarkers and drug targets. But there are still some drawbacks of proteomics techniques. The advantages and disadvantages of proteomics techniques for screening biomarkers are briefly reviewed.
