摘要
本文简述了光栅读数系统的基本原理,改进了传统的莫尔条纹细分方法,设计了光栅读数系统的硬件电路,并编制了系统软件。
In this paper, measurement principle of grating reader system is briefly introduced. Several classical MOIR. fringes division methods are improved. Designed the hardware electric circuit of grating reader system and a software of system has been developed.
