摘要
通过实验室研究,找出了渣料组成及成球工艺对复合造渣剂球团(简称复合球团)物性的影响。在鞍钢第三炼钢厂150t 转炉应用的结果表明,复合造渣剂可促进转炉初渣的形成,提高脱磷和脱硫率,减少石灰和萤石的加入量。
Through laboratory research the influences of flux components and pelletizing process onthe properties of synthetic flux pellets have been obtained.The results obtained from experi-ment on 150t LD of No.3 steelmaking plant at Anshan Iron and Steel Co.indicate that the sy-nthetic flux can speed up formation of early slag in LD,and increase efficiency of dephospho-rization and desulphorization.Therefore it decreases the consumption of CaO and CaF.
