重油掺水燃烧技术在大型板坯连续加热炉上的应用

本文介绍了本钢连轧厂研制的重油掺水乳化装置,以及大型板坯连续加热炉燃用乳化重油所遇到的一些技术问题,诸如:需要研制大流量乳化装置系统,以便满足加热炉小时耗油量大的要求;燃用乳化油对炉温、板坯温度均匀性及板坯烧损的影响等。

This article introduces the emulsifying device,developed by Benxi Iron and Steel Co.Sometechnical points involve in application at hot strip mill such as development of emulsifyingdevice of larger capacity to meet the requirement of furnace,influences of emulsified oil onfurnace temperature,temperature uniformity of slab and metal loss by heating are also dis-cussed.
