摘要 By using transformed Ri T-DNA carrot roots as host, the monoxenic culture of Glomus mosseae was successfully established. Some morphological processes of germination, colonization and spore formation, as well as bi-directional movement of hyphal cytoplasm flow were observed in this system. By using transformed Ri T-DNA carrot roots as host, the monoxenic culture of Glomus mosseae was successfully established.
