摘要
对1台200 MW的水煤浆锅炉进行了低NOx排放燃烧试验,分别对均等配凤、分级配凤、再燃3种燃烧方式进行了深入的比较和研究。结果表明:均等配风时NOx排放量最大,而再燃和分级配风能够有效地降低NOx的排放;在一定试验条件下,分级配风取得了最高的脱硝效率;再燃和分级配风还大大降低了CO的排放。
Profound comparison combustion tests of low NO. emission were conducted on a 200 MW coal-water slurry fired boiler, with uniform air allotment, staged allotment and also under reburning conditions. Test results show that NOx emission is largest under uniform air allotting conditions, while recombustion and staged allotment of air can also effectively, but only to a certain degree, reduce NO, emission. Under test conditions, it was found that denitrition rate is highest for the case of stage allotted air and CO emission deminishes considerably, both in case of reburning so for stage allotted air.
