摘要
采用底吹氧的铁水预处理过程的风口特征与氧气底吹转炉有较大的差别。因此,其对冷却保护的要求也非常特殊。在使用轻质油品冷却风口时遇到了严重的风口环缝的结炭堵塞问题,并使得风口操作时的过冷和结炭之间的平衡很难掌握,操作极不稳定。针对这一问题,本文首先从寻找油冷风口的结炭条件入手,通过实验确证并掌握了环缝结炭存在及其生成条件,同时提出了较符合实际的风口环缝结炭机理。
The operating condition of tuyeres in bottom-blown oxygen hot metal pretreatment is quitedifferent from those in Q-BOP or LWS processes.Therefore,it is particularly important to coolthe tuyere properly and protect it from damage.In the case of using kerosene or light oil as co-oling agent,it was found that the annulus of the tuyere is often blocked up by carbon depositand that it is very difficult to control the balance between tuyere cooling and carbon deposit.Inconsequence,a smooth operation is hardly to maintain.This paper describes the condition of formation of carbon deposit and the mechanism of car-bon deposition on the annulus of tuyere.
