关于新时期非物质文化遗产保护与开发的思考

Reflections on Protection and Development of Intangible Cultural Heritage in a New Historical Period

非物质文化遗产以其独特的方式存在于传统生活的方方面面。随着现代化进程的加速,这种代表我们文化特色和传统的形态正在逐渐远离我们的生活并使我们的文化失去原有的本真性和特点。然而,正如现代化是一种不可阻挡的趋势一样,如何在现代化的过程中保护好传统文化,保护好具有民族特色的非物质文化遗产,使子孙后代在文化的多样性选择时具有更多的余地,是我们必须加以考虑的。本文基于上述认识,讨论了非物质文化遗产保护中面对的一些悖论,并提出了一些对策性的思考。

Intangible cultural heritage （ICH） exists, in unique ways, in all aspects of traditional human life. With the accelerating modernization drive, however, this format of culture, which represented our cultural identity and tradition, is fading away from our daily life ; as a result, our culture is losing its foundation and distinctiveness. Nevertheless, with all the irreversibility of modernization, it is what we have to take into consideration how the traditional culture, particularly the national intangible cultural heritage, can be protected in that process, so that more diversified alternatives of culture can be available to our posterity. It is based on this proposition that the present paper discusses some conflicting opinions concerning the protection of intangible cultural heritage, and puts forward some tentative measures for it.
