On Teacher-Education Innovations in the Context of Knowledge Economy

知识经济时代需要大量的创新型人才,人才的培养靠教育。教师教育作为教育事业的工作母机,其重要作用毋庸置疑。在我国教师教育体系由封闭走向开放的新的历史条件下,原来的教师教育培养模式已不适应时代发展的需要。教师教育必须加大改革力度,立足基础教育,实施教师教育创新计划,在创新教育中做出表率。

The epoch of knowledge economy demands a large number of creative talents, whose training relies exclusively on education. In this sense, the role of teacher education as the matrix of education cannot be overestimated. In a new historical period when teacher education in China is evolving from an isolated project to an open one, the original training model of teacher education can hardly meet the needs of the time. A reform in this field is, therefore, in urgent need and to be reinforced, which should be devoted to basic education and highlight innovational education by administering innovational projects on teacher education.
