摘要
教师课堂教学评价是现行高校教师评价制度的一个重要组成部分,而其所依据的标准以及源于现代工业文明的管理方式和市场导向的思想原则,在高等教育管理领域表现出显著的不适应。本文从"标准"的概念及其本质入手,通过分析现行教育管理制度中针对教师课堂教学评价活动的相关表征,从评价体系的主要参与者教师、学生和教学管理人员的角度探讨其在实施操作过程中所存在的矛盾冲突,并进一步分析其成因。
The evaluation of teachers' classroom teaching is an important part of the current system for the assessment of college staff. Nevertheless, the criteria on which the system is based, the strategies of administration it copies from modem industrial management, and the principles that are oriented to the market, are evidently not applicable to the management of higher education. This paper, starting with the conception and essence of the term "standard", analyzes the relevant indexes in the current educational management system concerning the evaluation of teachers' classroom performance, and probes into the conflicts in administering the evaluation from the perspectives of the participants, i.e. , teachers, students and managerial staff. It further explores the reasons for the conflicts.
