Advancing Moral Education at Colleges and Universities with Kernel Values of Socialism

社会主义核心价值体系为高校思想政治教育工作指明了方向。以社会主义核心价值体系引领高校思想政治教育工作,必须做到以下四个方面:以马克思主义作为指导思想,以中国特色社会主义共同理想作为核心内容,以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神作为重要抓手,以社会主义荣辱观作为基础工程。

The kernel values of socialism have pointed out the direction of the moral education in colleges and universities. To advance the moral education therein with socialist values, four aspects have to be taken into consideration, namely： Marxism as the guiding ideology, the collective ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the core, national spirit centered by patriotism and time spirit featured by reform and innovation as important means, and socialist concepts on honor and dishonor as the infrastructure.
