Strong demand for didymium In 2006, higher price of RE concentrates and carbonates, fast development of NdFeB magnets and large demand for dynamic batteries brought a new increasing point for didymium.Strong demand for neodymia and PrNd oxide boosted the price of neodymium metal, PrHd mischrnetal, neodymia and PrHd oxide to the different new high level. Price of above-mentioned products was almost doubled. Price change of didymium products in 2006 is shown in Table 3.
