摘要
本文采用TGA方法研究了碱金属(K,Na)对铁氧化物还原化学动力学的影响。实验表明,碱金属可以加快铁氧化物还原反应速度,并使反应吸热减少。本文推导了铁氧化物还原反应化学动力学过程,计算了反应活化能和反应级数。含碱金属铁氧化物还原反应活化能比纯铁钮化物降低20%左右,反应约为1级。
Effects of alkali (K,Na) on the rate of reduction of iron oxides have been studied with the-rmal gravity analysis.It is found that the alkali can acclerate the reduction reaction with hydro-gen as reductant,and cut down endotherm of the reaction obviously.Kinetic equation of the rea-ction has been deduced under conditions of present experiment.The activition energy and reactionorder were calculated from the equation.The activition energy of the iron oxides containing alka-li decreases by 20% or so in comparison with pure oxides.The reduction reaction is of firstorder.
