摘要
通过对转炉炼钢过程化渣的理论分析,结合首钢第三炼钢厂冶炼操作,总结了转炉控制喷溅、实现快速化渣的经验,得出了炼钢化渣的最优操作方法。实践表明,采用本操作方法,可以有效提高转炉终点脱磷率,降低副原料消耗,提高钢水质量。
Based on the theoretical analysis on slag melting in the course of converter steelmaking and the practice of the No. 3 steelmaking mill, the experience of slag flashing control and the implementation of quick slag melting are summarized, and then the optimum operation of slag melting is examined. The onsite practice proves that in use of this operation, the end point dephosphorization rate can be increased and the consumption of assistant material can be reduced, as well as the quality of steel liquid can be improved.
