摘要
介绍了采用高频红外碳硫分析仪，测定滑板中碳化硅的一种快速简便的分析方法。通过一系列的条件实验，确定了最佳分析方法。经过精密度实验，以及和化学法的对比实验，取得比较满意的效果。
One easy and quick analysis method in measuring the SiC content in slide plate by high frequency IR carbon-sulfur analyzer is examined in this article. Through series of condition experiments, the optimum analysis method is examined. It is approved by the results of high precision and accuracy test and the comparative analysis of chemical method that the measuring method can obtain a satisfied effect.
