乐都县实施卫生八项目重点干预结核病控制五年效果分析

The Analysis of the 5 years TB control intervention effect of implement health Ⅷ project in Le du county

目的分析乐都县实施卫生八项目疾病重点干预结核病控制5年效果。方法 收集并分析2000-2004年项目报表及有关资料。结果 5年共接诊可疑症状者5161例，年均涂阳新登记率为18．23／10万，初治、复治涂阳治愈率分别为90．64％和79．79％。结论 乐都县实施卫生八项目结核病重点干预5年取得了显著成绩。发现和治愈了大量肺结核病人，证明贫困地区在正确执行项目各项技术策略的前提下也能够成功地实施结核病控制项目。

Objective To analyze the 5 years TB control intervention effect of implement health Ⅷ project in Le du county. Method Collected and analyzed the materials and project reports from year 2000-2004. Results Totally 5161 TB suspects have been consulted in 5 years, the annual smear positive case notification rate was 18.23/ 100,000, the initial treatment and re-treatment sputum positive case cure rate reached to 90. 64% and 79.79%. Conclusions The health Ⅷ TB control intervention project obtained the great achievement after 5 years implement in Le du county, and the large number of TB cases have been detected and cured. Its proved in the poverty area to implement all the measure and strategies of project properly and correctly can been implementing the TB control project successfully.
