沈阳农业大学本科生健康素质的调查分析

A Survey on the Status Quo of Physical Constitution of Undergraduates of Agricultural Colleges and Universities

采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、比较研究法、逻辑分析等方法,对沈阳农业大学本科生健康素质调查的结果进行了研究,分析结果表明,本科生健康素质总分均值为75.06分,处于中等水平中限。主要受“身体症状与器官功能”“心理症状与负向情绪”和“社会支持”三个低维度因素的影响;男女本科生的健康素质总体上差异无显著意义;乡村本科学生健康素质总均值分高于城市学生,主要表现在身体活动功能和认知功能两个维度均值分较高;独生与非独生子女本科生健康素质(P>0.05)差异无显著意义。这揭示了农业大学本科生总体和不同人群健康素质的现状、存在的问题、产生的原因,为提高其健康素质采取相应的培养策略提供了科学依据。

This paper adopts questionnaire, documentary, comparative research and logical analysis etc to survey the status quo of physical constitution of undergraduate students of the agricultural colleges and universities to find out the existing problems and reasons, which provides a scientific foundation for the improvement of their physical constitution. The main conclusions are as follows： The general average value of undergraduate students is 75.06 ; There is no distinct difference between male undergraduates and female ones in physical constitution ;The physical constitution of the undergraduates from country is higher than that of the undergraduates from city ,which is chiefly seen from the fact that both their body action ability and cognitive ability are high;There is no distinct difference between the singleton and non - singleton in physical constitution.
