摘要
旅游饭店总量发展速度大大超过了旅游人次总量的发展,已呈现出供大于求的局面。因此,旅游饭店对从业人员的素质要求也在大大提高,旅游饭店如何培训和管理好一批高素质的员工为企业很好的服务就显得尤为重要。
There is a Quantitative excess in the hotel number vs. the tourist number. Accordingly, the number of hotel turns out to he superfluous. Hereby, in hotels, qualification to working stuff has been greatly increased. Nowadays, it is becoming an especially significant task how a tourism hotel can well manages its high-qualified working stuff to obtain better services. This essay concentrates on giving elementary views on human capital & human capital investment, meanwhile on training working staff.
