本文阐述了新型冷模具钢6CrNiMnSiMoV(GD 钢)的成分设计和冶金生产工艺。测定了基本性能,并与7CrSiMnMOV(CH-1)进行了强韧性对比。详尽列举了 GD 钢制造的各类模具的应用实例。

In this paper,the alloying principle and metallugical process of the new cold die steel6CrNiMnSiMoV (steel GD) are discribed.Basic properties of the steel were tested and comparedwith 7CrSiMnMoV (steel CH-1).Application examples of different dies of steel GD are given.
