Potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection for 69 cases of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease in children

目的:观察穿琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将132例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组69例和对照组63例,分别静脉给予穿琥宁注射液8 mg/(kg·d)和利巴韦林10～15 mg/(kg·d),疗程5 d。结果:治疗组总有效率92.8%,对照组总有效率76.2%(P<0.01),治疗组临床症状及体征消失均较对照组快(P<0.01)。结论:穿琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病疗程短,见效快,无明显不良反应。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection on children with hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods： 132 child patients with HFMD were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group （69 patients） were treated with Potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection, 8 mg/（kg·d） intravenously, and the control group （63 patients） were treated with ribavitin, 10 - 15 mg/（kg·d） intravenously. Five days for one period of treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 92.8% in the treatment group and 76.2% in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the treatment group disappeared earlier than in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection can shorten the treatment period and improve the curative effect without side one in children with HFMD.
