利巴韦林喷剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎临床观察

A clinical observation on efficacy of ribavirin spray on herpangina

目的:观察利巴韦林喷剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:疱疹性咽峡炎76例随机分为治疗组40例,对照组36例。两组基础治疗相同,治疗组在上述治疗基础上给予利巴韦林喷剂喷咽腔,首日每2h一次。共8次,第2日及以后每4 h一次,4次/d,2～3喷/次,共用5～7 d。结果:治疗组显效率70.0%,总有效率92.5%,对照组显效率38.9%,总有效率72.2%.两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组退热时间及疱疹消失时间较对照组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:利巴韦林喷剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效明显,依从性好,可作为治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的首选药物之一。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of ribavirin spray in treating herpangina. Methods： 76 cases with herpangina were randomly divided into the control group of 36 cases and the treatment group of 40 cases. Two groups were given regular treatment, with the treatment group given ribavirin spray in addition, once every 2 hours, total 8 times on first day and every 4 hours, 4 times a day, 2 - 3 sprays for each time on the following 5 to,7 days. Results： The total effective rate and the rate of excellent effect in treatment group were 92.5 % and 70.0% respectively, and 72.2% and 38.9% in control group and the physical signs such as body temperature, oral ulcer got better in a shorter time in the treatment group than in the control group, so there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions： Ribavirin spray could be effectively and safely used in treating herpangina with little side effects. It can be used as a first choice for herpangina.
