阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的动态血压及心电图改变

The Changes of Ambulatory Blood Pressure and ECG in Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

目的研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者的动态血压及心电图改变的特征。方法123例主诉打鼾患者,根据睡眠呼吸监测的结果,分为OSAS组(73例)和非OSAS组(50例)。所有病例进行24h动态血压及心电图监测,对监测结果比较分析。结果OSAS患者的高血压、心律失常及ST-T改变的发生率均明显高于非OSAS组(P<0.05),其血压多呈非勺型。结论OSAS可加重高血压和心律失常的程度及危险性。

Objective To study the changes of ambulatory blood pressure and ECG in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（OSAS）. Methods 123 snorer were invided in two groups according to the results of monitoring of respiration in sleep, group 1（73 patients with OSAS） and group 2（50 people without OSAS as control）. 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and 24 h Holter monitoring were done in all people,and the results were analyzed and compared. Results The incidence of hypertension and arrhythmia and ST-T change in OSAS group were significantly higher than in non-OSAS group（P〈0. 05）. The blood pressure of patient with OSAS were often in a nondipping pattern. Conclusion OSAS may increase the degree and dangerous of hypertension and arrhythmia.
