摘要
讨论了一种新型静力水准系统——以CCD为核心传感器的静力水准系统的标定方法和数学拟合过程。标定分为两个阶段:一是对其核心部件CCD进行标定,确定其线性符合程度;二是对整个钵体传感器进行标定,并用数学拟合方法得到传感器输出数据与被测目标实际变形的最佳拟合量,保证其测量精度。该方法的可行性和技术要求已经在实际运用中得到验证。
The calibrating method and mathematical fitting process of a new type of hydrostatic leveling system (HLS) whose central sensor is CCD are discussed. For the HLS with CCD as its central sensor,the calibration includes two steps:the first step is to calibrate the central sensor—— CCD to determine the linearity, the second step is to calibrate the HLS set, and use mathematical fitting to get the best fitting result betwen the HLS output and the actual deformation. All the processes are to guarantee the surveying accuracy. The feasibility of the methods and the technological requirements have been verified in practical use.
