摘要
介绍了一种自行研制的滚压装置,利用该滚压装置可以在普通车床上对母线切线角度在一定范围内的回旋工件进行滚压加工。利用该装置进行滚压测试试验,对比滚压前后的工件轮廓,发现滚压后工件表面的粗大凸起已经消失,粗糙度由10-2毫米数量级降低至微米数量级,表明了该装置具有较大的实用价值。
A kind of hydraulic-powered burnishing equipment for curvilinear generatrix cylinders was presented. With this equipment, the burnishing process can be done on the ordinary lathe. After design of this equipment, a test experiment was carried out. The result of this experiment shows that, the salient of the workpiece is disappeared; the surface roughness of the workpiece is decreased from the 10-2 millimeter magnitude to the micron magnitude. It indicates that the equipment is of high practicability.
