摘要
介绍了一种环形油缸驱动的粉末成形模架,并通过有限元方法对模架静特性和动特性进行了分析计算。本粉末成形模架采用环形油缸驱动,减小了模架的体积,节约了制造成本,且模具更换比较简便。有限元分析计算结果表明本模架的强度和刚度符合使用要求。
The P/M (powder metallurgy) mold-frame with annular-cylinder was presented, and finite element method (FEM) was used to analyze the static property and dynamic property of the mold-frame. This mold-frame is driven by annular-cylinder, the volume of mold-frame is reduced and manufacture cost is spared, and it is convenient to change die. The result of FEM displays the intensity and stiffness of this mold-frame accord the requirements.
