摘要
针对复杂螺旋面数控加工中的刀具干涉问题进行了研究,以最小有向距离理论为基础结合改进的遗传算法,将刀具干涉检查问题转化为求取目标函数的全局最优值问题,以此来进行干涉判断。通过螺杆加工实验,验证该算法的可行性与有效性。
Tool interferenee checking in NC machining complex helicoids was studied. With the algorithm of combining the seeking minimal orientation-distance and the genetic algorithm, the question of tool checking was transferred into global optimizing process of orientation-distance function and solved. The feasibility and the validity of the algorithm were validated with the experiment of machining screw.
