摘要
通过分析以高速开关阀为先导阀的锥阀控制腔压力动态响应过程,以及高速开关阀控制锥阀的流量特性,得出了如下结论:锥阀控制腔压力响应过程受阀芯阻尼孔直径及控制腔体积的影响,其中阻尼孔直径对控制腔压力响应速度影响不大,但是稳定后的控制腔压力则随阻尼孔直径变大而变大;控制腔体积越大,其压力响应速度则越慢;当高速开关阀的调制率在一合适范围内变化时,高速开关阀作为先导阀能实现对锥阀较大流量的线性比例控制。
The dynamic process of the control chamber pressure and the flow character were analyzed for the cone valve, which uses the high speed on/off valve as the pilot valve. The results show that diameter of the damping hole and the capacity of the control chamber of the cone valve have an influence on the response process of the control chamber pressure. If the diameter of the damping hole is bigger, the control chamber pressure is also bigger. The diameter of the damping hole has a little influence on the rising velocity of the control chamber pressure. If the capacity of the control chamber is bigger, the rising velocity of the control chamber pressure is slower. If the modulation rate of the high speed on/off valve is changed in appropriate range, the proportional large-flow of cone valve can be controlled by the high speed on/off valve.
