摘要
介绍了一种新型的非接触式机器人测控系统,论述了系统设计思想及其组成和工作原理。该系统由非正交系的坐标执行机构、激光位移传感器和CCD摄像头等测量系统以及主从式的控制系统组成,能在有限的测量空间内,实现球壳类、回转类工件的几何尺寸、表面缺陷的高精度测量。测试表明,该测控系统具有可靠的稳定性和较高的测量精度。
A new type of robotic measuring and control system was developed. The design thinking, composing and work principiam of system were introduced. This measuring system consists of a nonorthogonal coordinate organ, measuring system with a laser displacement sensor and a CCD camera along with control system. Geometrical dimensions and surface defects of the workpiece could be measured in limitary room. Stabilization and accuracy of system were testified by trial.
