摘要
随着海洋钻井平台由浅海向深海转移,海洋平台升降腿高度不断增加,所用材料的强度级别也越来越高。海洋平台升降腿采用屈服强度为690MPa的Z向钢制造。研究二氧化碳气体保护焊和焊条电弧焊这两种不同焊接方法的焊接工艺和焊接变形,焊接接头的组织及力学性能,母材的层状撕裂敏感性等。通过试验对比,选择合理的焊接方法和焊接材料,制订合理的焊接工艺,为海洋平台升降腿的制造提供试验和理论依据。
With increasing moving of ocean platform from offing to blue water.the legs of the platform are becoming longer and thicker.Strength of the material improves.The legs of the platform researched here is made of steel that is imported from Japan with the yield strength of 690 MPa.We try to find the right welding material,and welding technics for carbon dioxide gas protecting welding and SMAW,we also research on welding deformation,structure and mechanical property of the joint,and sensitivity for lamella tearing of the base metal .according to the summing-up to make out the right welding method and welding material and offer useful parameter for later research.
