挂舵臂高强铸钢件工艺孔镶嵌板的焊接

摘要 介绍了瓦锡兰(WRTSIL NORWAY AS)设计的高效舵挂舵臂铸钢件镶嵌结构焊接工艺,采用预堆边方法成功解决了挂舵臂铸钢件镶嵌结构焊接裂纹问题。实践表明,预堆边方法具有施工简单、成本低和焊后可以进行热处理的优点。焊接坡口的设计考虑到CO2焊350型小口径焊枪喷嘴外径尺寸、焊丝干深长、保证根部焊道可靠熔透并尽量减少焊接工作量。坡口形式满足焊接要求。挂舵臂嵌补焊接接头经无损检验,焊缝质量满足ISO5817C级要求。 This paper introduces the welding technology of high efficient rudder arm steel casting inlaid structure and buttering method for solving cracks on rudder arm steel casting inlaid structure.Practice indicates that buttering method has low cost,can be simply operated and carried through the heat treatment after post weld. When devising the welding groove,considers the dimension of outer diameter of 350 type small caliber welding gun's nozzle with CO2 welding and length of welding wire,and ensures the ruot pass to be completely fused and reduces the welding workload ASAP.The shape of groove meets the demands of welding.The rudder arm inlay welding joint passes the nondestructive test, and the quality of welds meets the demands of ISO 5817 C.
