摘要
目的:观察术后应用中药对改善梗阻性黄疸患者细胞免疫功能的作用。方法:48例梗阻性黄疸患者随机分为一般治疗组、甘草甜素组和中药组。在胆道梗阻解除后,一般治疗组给予血塞通及激素治疗,甘草甜素组及中药组则在一般治疗组基础上再分别给予甘草甜素及中药“利胆扶正颗粒”治疗。3组观察对象均于术前、术后第1、7天测定T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8含量进行比较。结果:术前及术后第1天3组之间无明显差异(P>0.05);术后第7天中药组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8明显高于一般治疗组(P<0.05),而甘草甜素组与其他两组均无显著差异。结论:黄芪具有免疫上调作用,能够提高梗阻性黄疸术后机体细胞免疫功能;茵陈则具有利胆、退黄、保肝之功效。
Objective :To observe the effect of improving cell immunity function of obstructive jaundice by applying Chinese traditional medicine postoperatively. Methods :48 obstructive jaundice patients were randomly divided into general therapy group, glycyrrhizin group and Chinese traditional medicine group. Treating with panax notoginseng saponins and hormone , to the glycyrrhizin group and Chinese traditional medicine group,except the above method, glycyrrhizin and Lidan Fuzhen Granule were added after postoperatively. CD3, CD4, CD8 of subgroup of thymusdependent lymphooytes were measured respectively before operation and ld,Td postoperatively. Comparing the difference among them on content. Result :No significant difference was found in the three groups on every indexes before operation and postoperative 1 d ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 in traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than general therapy group ( P 〈 0.05) in postoperative 7d, but no significant difference was found between the glycyrrhizin group and the two other groups. Conclusion :Astragalus could improve the cell immunity function of obstructive jaundice postoperatively. Artemisia capillaries thumb has the effect of smoothing gallbladder, reducing jaundice and protecting liver. Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine is one of the important assistant measures to treating obstructive jaundice on perioperative stage. Whether glycyrrhizin has the effect of regulating ceil irmnunity is not certain, furtherly study maybe necessary.
