目的:探讨肾俞穴在延缓衰老中的作用。方法:从中医对肾虚、衰老的认识、肾俞穴概况及肾俞穴延缓衰老的应用等方面加以论述。结论:肾俞穴是延缓衰老的要穴,肾俞穴益精补肾疗法对于养生长寿有着广阔的前景。

Objective ：To explore the effect of Shenshu point on delaying senescence. Methods ：To discuss recognition of ＂kidney deficiency - senescence＂ in Traditional Chinese Medicine, overview of Shenshu point and application of Shenshu point on delaying senescence. Conclusion ： Shenshu point is significant on delaying senescence, there is a bright future which invigorate the kidney and nourishing essence with Shenshu point in the field of health cultivation and longevity.
