辨证治疗眼底出血132例

Clinical Observation for 132 Cases of Eyeground Hemorrhage Treated by Syndrome Differentiation

目的：通过辨证治疗132例166只眼临床分析,探求治疗眼底出血有效方法和用药规律。方法：根据临床表现分为：肝阳上亢证;阴虚火旺证;气滞血瘀证;热灼血络证;心脾两虚证5个证型。分别用天麻钩藤饮加减;知柏地黄汤加减;血府逐瘀汤加减;生蒲黄汤加减;归脾汤加减。结果：本组132例166只眼,疗程为8~99天,平均为36.6天。治愈33只眼（19.88%）,好转118只眼（71.08%）,无效15只眼（9.04%）。结论：辨证治疗眼底出血有促进出血吸收和提高视力的作用。

Objective ： To explore the effective methods and regulations of medicine usage in treating eyeground hemorrhage by clinical analyzing of 166 eyeground hemorrhagc in 132 cases treated by syndrome differentiation. Methods ： According to clinical manifestations, cases were classified into 5 kinds of syndromes： hyperactivity of liver yang syndrome; qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome; heat scorching blood vessels syndrome; deficiency of the heart and spleen syndrome. They are treated separately with Modified Gastrodia and Urcaria Decoction; Modified Anenarrhena, Phellodendron and Rehmarinia Decoction; Modified Blood - House Stasis - Dispelling Decoction; Modified Cat - Tail Pollen Decoction and Modified Spleen - Strengthening Decoction. Results ： 166 eyes in 132 eases, 33 eyes were cured （19.88%）, 118 eyes were improved （71.08%）, 15 eyes were ineffective （9.04%）. There was a significant difference in eyesight before and after treatment （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： It has curative effects in promoting absorption of eyeground hemorrhage and improving eyesight in treating eyeground hemorrhage by syndrome differentiation.
