化湿泄浊汤影响不稳定心绞痛患者IL-6 TNF-α的临床研究

Clinical Study of Huashi Xiezhuo Decoction's Effect on the Levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the Patients of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的:通过白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤细胞因子-α(TNF-α)来探讨化湿泄浊汤治疗不稳定心绞痛的作用机理。方法:采用化湿泄浊汤治疗不稳定心绞痛,疗程为12周,分别于治疗前后检测IL-6、TNF-α1次。结果:化湿泄浊汤能显著降低不稳定心绞痛IL-6的水平(P<0.01),对TNF-α影响不大(P>0.05)。结论:化湿泄浊汤通过降低IL-6水平来稳定动脉粥样易损斑块。

Objective ：To study the mechanism of Huashl Xiezhuo （abbreviating HSXZ）Decoction treating unstable angina pectoris through IL - 6 and TNF - α. Methods ： HSXZ Decoction is administered to the patients of unstable angina pectoris for 12 weeks, IL - 6 and TNF - α are detected before and after our study. Results ： HSXZ Decoction can highly lower the level of IL - 6 in the patients of unstable angina pectoris （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： HSXZ Decoction can stabilize arteriosclerosis vulnerable plague by lower the level of IL - 6.
