摘要
本文研究了植鞣过程中鞣波性质的变化。分析了鞣制时间与鞣波电导率,鞣液浓度与鞣液电导率以及鞣液的薄层扫描。据此推断出这样的结论:在植鞣初期渗透入皮内的主要是非鞣质和小分子鞣质.随鞣制时间的增长.大分子鞣质再逐步透入皮内,将暂时结合的非鞣质和小分子鞣质取代出来。通过鞣革试验证实了由半透膜扩散试验项推论出的植物鞣剂渗透规律。
The changes of tan liquor in vegetable tanning process is studied by analyzing relationship of conductivity of tan liquor to tanning time, concentration of tanning liquor, and by measuring UV of tan liquor. It is concluded that nontannin and smaller molecular tannin penetrate firstly into skin and form a temporary fixation with collagen at the initial tanning stage. with prolongation of tanning time larger molecular tannin replaces the nontannin and smaller molecular tannin. The penetrating rule of tannin reasoned by the experiment on semipermeable membrance is directly confirmed by tanning experiment.
