摘要
目的:首先对刺五加中有效成分紫丁香苷进行了提取分离和结构鉴定,自制定量用的紫丁香苷标准品。方法:建立了刺五加中紫丁香苷的反相高效液相色谱定量法:以甲醇-乙腈-水-冰醋酸(14∶1∶85∶1,v∶v∶v∶v)为流动相,检测波长270nm。结果:紫丁香苷在1.24~31.0μg/mL质量浓度内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.1%(RSD 2.2%)。结论:该法简便快速,结果准确可靠。该方法可作为刺五加质量控制的手段之一。
Objective: Syringin which is the effective constituent of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms was isolated and identified. The quantity Reference of Syringin is made by ourself. Method :A method for the determination of the concentration of syringin in Acanthopanax senticosus Harms was established by using HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - acetonitrile - water - glacial acetic acid ( 14: 1: 85:1 ,v: v: v: v) . The UV detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear in the range from 1.24 g mL^-l to 31.0 g mL^-1 ,with r = 0. 9997. The average recovery was 100.1% ( RSD2. 2% ). Conclusions: The assay methods are simple ,rapid and with good reproducbility. This method can be used for quality study of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms.
