斑蝥酸钠抑制肝癌细胞生长的实验研究

Experimental Study of Sodium Cantharidate Inhibited Human Hepatocarcinoma Cell's Growth

目的:观察不同剂量斑蝥酸钠在体外不同时间段内对人肝癌细胞HepG2和人正常肝细胞L-02影响。方法:用MTT法分析斑蝥酸钠对HepG2的生长抑制,同时分析斑蝥酸钠对L-02生长的影响。结果:小、中、大剂量斑蝥酸钠作用24h,对HepG2的抑制率为-0.16%、8.66%、9.56%;作用48h对HepG2的抑制率40.89%、49.38%、41.78%;作用72h对HepG2的抑制率为47.68%、46.01%、39.79%。小、中、大剂量斑蝥酸钠作用48h对L-02抑制率分别为24.33%、32.55%、29.38%。中、大剂量作用24h、48h、72h对HepG2和L-02具有明显抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:中剂量(5μg/mL)的斑蝥酸钠作用48h对HepG2抑制率较大而对L-02抑制率较小,具有临床应用价值。

Objective： To study different dosage of sodium cantharidate＇s inhibitory effect on the human hepatocareinoma cell HepG2 and the normal hepato - cell L -02 in vitro in different time. Methods： The inhibitory effect of HepG2 treated by sodium cantharidate was analyzed by MTT , and the growth of L - 02 was studied also. Results ： The inhibitory rate of three dosages of sodium cantharidate on HepG2 was -0.16% ,8.66% and 9.56% at 24h;at 48h the rate was 40. 89% ,49.38% and 41.78% ; and at 72h was 47.68% ,46.01% and 39.79%. The inhibitory rate of the three various dosages of sodium cantharidate on L -02 was 24.33% ,32.55% and 29.38% at 48h . The inhibitory effect of the middle and the biggest dosage of sodium cantharidate , for 24h,48h and 72h was obvious（ P 〈 0.01 ）on HepG2 and L -02 . Conclusions ：The middle dosage of sodium cantharidate （5ug/ml）can inhibit HepG2 more than L -02 in 48h. So it is valuable in clinic.
