摘要
针对紧凑型拉边机传动齿轮时有失效的情况,运用模糊可靠性设计理论对齿轮的强度进行分析研究,找出了齿轮接触疲劳强度可靠度不足而失效的原因,并提出了解决问题的措施,为建材设备的定期检查和维修提供了有利依据。
To solve the failure problems occurred in edge roller gear transmission occasionally the fuzzy reliability design theory was applied to analyzing fatigue strength, of the gear. The reason of the failure in gear transmission was discovered to be insufficient reliability. The solution for this problem was proposed relevandy. It provided a basis for regular overhaul and maintenance of the equipment for producing building materials.
