摘要
设计了一个基于智能Agent的面向生物信息领域的信息检索服务系统,介绍了该系统的体系结构和各组成部分的设计思想,重点讨论了如何应用遗传算法对用户感兴趣的信息进行学习并推荐给用户。
A personalized bioinformation retrieval system based on intelligent Agent is designed. The model of the system and the designs of its components are presented, how to apply the genetic algorithm to the learning of the information users interested in and then recommending them to users are mainly discussed.
