危险化学品突发事故环境污染诱因及对策初探

Discussion on Environmental Pollution Causes and Countermeasures in Dangerous Chemicals Sudden Accidents

近年来我国发生的一些危险化学品环境污染重特大事故,其产生的原因主要是危险化学品在生产、运输、储存和使用中突发事故使危险化学品进入环境,从而造成污染。降低危险化学品突发事故环境污染的危害,一方面需要做好防灾工作,科学合理地规划与布局,加强安全生产监管,做好事故预案,科学处置突发事故;另一方面要积极采取有效减灾措施,对陆地、水环境中的危险化学品进行控制和处理,对大气中的危险化学品及燃烧爆炸的产物进行净化,对救援中产生的污水进行无毒化处理。

Seeing from serious environmental pollution accidents on dangerous chemicals happened in China in recent years, the cause mainly means that some sudden accidents in the producing, transportation, storage and use make dangerous chemicals enter into environment and bring about pollution. To reduce the harm of environmental pollution of dangerous chemicals, we need to do two things, first, fire prevention work needs to be done well： scientific and reasonable industrial planning and layout, the strengthening of safety production supervision and the disposal of accident cases and sudden accidents; second, active measures should be adopted to reduce the hazards： the control and disposal to dangerous chemicals in the land and water environment, the purification of dangerous chemicals and combustion and blasting products in the air and non pollution disposal of sewage produced in the rescue.
