摘要
发射机监控电路已经从传统的继电器联锁电路发展到采用计算机和微控制器为核心进行控制,监控电路能否可靠工作对整机可靠性有着重要影响。大功率发射机由于存在很多大功率器件工作在开关状态,是一个强大的干扰源,单片机系统很难在强电磁干扰环境中可靠工作。PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)具有很高的可靠性,在工业控制中得到了广泛应用,但在发射机中的应用不多。文中介绍了采用PLC控制的发射机监控电路的组成,以及利用PLC内置通信协议进行远程控制的方法。
The monitoring and control circuit of transmitter has developped from the tranditional relay colock circuit to the core by computer and micro-controller. A high-power transmitter is a strong jamming sorce because it has most high-power devices work in the switching state, and SCM system is hard to work reliably in strong electromagnetic jamming environment. The progrommable logic controller (PLC) has been widely applied in industry control and it has high reliability, but principle of PLC, the composition of the monitoring and not in transmitter. This paper introduces the operation control circuit for the transmitter employing PLC, and introduces a method by using communication protocol within PLC for remote control.
